I stayed recently at The Edwin-was in town because my father was in the nearby hospital, Erlanger. I cannot say enough good things about this place and their staff. Austin and Chandler with the valet services were exceptional. Both offered great service but more importantly kind words and well wishes each time I saw them. Another young man who worked the night shift was especially kind as well when I had to leave at 11:30pm to return rather quickly to the hospital. Then when I arrived the next day and needed to sleep after being up all night-the staff sent up a complimentary cheese tray and fruit platter. That is exceptional service. Very impressed and would highly recommend this hotel!

We had a great experience working with this hotel while using their space for a recent film shoot. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating, making the process smooth from start to finish. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-run property!

Loved almost everything. I would not recommend the spa, it has very unprofessional management. The drinks were good at whiskey thief and the view is top notch. Really enjoyed all the comps for my boyfriend’s art show in September. The rooms were great! Loved everything. Old Hollywood style couch, comfy beds, nice soap, great selection of coffee and tea! Loved the tray of food from white bird for breakfast. Really appreciated the nice bartenders (esp Chelsea) we had at Whiskey Thief. Nice manager downstairs at white bird, helpful guy at front desk during the day that went out of his way. Thank you for having the meet the artist series and hosting us.

From when we called in to check our reservation with Ozark and other staff at front desk Taylor, Aldon and Emma to pulling up each time with the three amazing Valet’s Chandler, Carson and Rubin. Parking with Valet service here was top notch with these three gentlemen. This hotel has it all. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The rooftop bar was a highlight of the beautiful river backdrop with the most incredible cheesecake I have had in a while. The location can not be beat for traveling. This hotel ranks in the Top 5 I have stayed at over the years. I highly recommend when traveling to Chattanooga.

The location is ideal! I came here on a solo business trip and stayed for vacation. It's close to the best of what Chattanooga has to offer. The restaurants are great! The room was comfortable and stylish. The service was great. The rooftop pool area is nice and easy to relax, especially if you can get a cabana. The pool is tiny bit it's clean.

This hotel feels like you paid admission to an art museum. The location is perfectly situated between the Hunter Museum and the Aquarium, directly in front of the pedestrian bridge (unfortunately under rennovation). Roof top bar, fantastic restaurant downstairs. Should have booked two nights, and will do so next time.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Edwin Hotel. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed. From the rooftop bar to the artsy welcoming lobby, this hotel exudes personality. In addition to the ambiance, the location is ultra-convenient. I highly recommend allowing The Edwin Hotel to be your choice hotel when visiting Chattanooga!

This hotel lived up to the reviews. I will say there was one HUGE letdown for us at the time we were there. The walking bridge there was closed for major repairs, obviously not their fault but was a big bummer. They mentioned about a year to repair someone informed us. But the hotel staff was amazing. The barista at the coffee shop was so friendly and accomadating. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The rooftop view was great at night, we could see the baseball stadium for the Lookouts very easily. When in Chattanooga we would def stay here again.
